Decent tool, some small quirks

I bought VideoReel Pro to help with marketing videos. The cloud-based editor is convenient, and I liked the variety of Social Media Video Templates. Making a Facebook Ad Video was straightforward, and the output quality was fine. However, I found the custom video clip uploader a bit clunky sometimes; it took a few tries to get my clips to process correctly. Delivery was instant since it's software, which is a plus. For the price, it's a solid tool, but that uploading process could be smoother.

Good value for Commercial license

I grabbed the VideoReel Commercial license during a launch special. It was a decent amount off the regular price, which made it feel like a solid deal. The features are pretty good for what I paid. I was looking for something affordable to make quick social media videos, and this definitely fits the bill. Felt worth the purchase.

Easy to use, quick videos

Needed to make some short videos for Instagram and tried VideoReel. It was actually really easy to figure out. Picked a template, added my own pictures, and boom, done. Didn't have any trouble. The MusicLibrary had some good options too. Overall, a smooth experience making those quick clips. Got it done pretty fast.

Hey, thinking about getting VideoReel. Is it a one-time purchase or do I have to pay monthly for this thing?

T Tom K. 2 months ago
It's a one-time payment for the main software, but some of the 'pro' or 'agency' stuff might be upgrades you pay extra for.

Yeah, the base version is usually a single payment. Just watch out for all the upsells after you buy, they try to get you on those.

Is VideoReel any good compared to, like, InVideo or Canva? I mostly need it for quick social media stuff.

J James 2 months ago
For quick social media, it's pretty solid. Better than InVideo for some things, but Canva's got more overall design tools. VideoReel is specifically for video creation though, so it does that well.

I've used both VideoReel and Animaker. VideoReel is much simpler to just get a video out fast if you're not trying to do super complex animations. The templates are good.
